Use this fit guide as a reference to determine your shoe size. Fits may vary between styles and brands however, use this chart as a general guide to convert International Sizing scales to determine size. Items fit true to size unless otherwise indicated. We recommend following these measuring tips prior to making your final selection:
- Measure your feet from heel to toe standing up.
- Ensure an accurate reading when measuring by shifting your weight forward and flattening your foot.
- Be sure to measure both feet. Some people have one foot slightly larger than the other. Choose the size that fits the larger of the two.
- If your measurement is between two sizes, always move up to the larger size.
- Consider the socks or tights you’ll wear most often with your shoes. For thicker socks or tights, you may want to order shoes 1/2 size larger than you normally wear.
- Measure your feet in the afternoon, when feet tend to be their largest.
- If the style is only available in whole sizes, order the next half size up, if you are in between sizes.

How we measure shoes:
Heel: Measured from the back center of the heel where it meets the sole to the floor to provide consistent information, we
measure heel heights from a sample Women's Size 6. The actual heel measurement may vary slightly for larger
or smaller sizes, as it will be proportionate to your shoe size. We measure from the center of the heel where it meets the sole to
Height: Measured from the floor (including heel) to the top of shoe
Sole measured from heel to toe
Shaft: Measured on the back seam of the shoe from the top of heel to top of shoe
Width: Measured at the widest part of the sole, typically at the ball of the foot
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the date of receipt for a refund less the shipping charges and up to 30 days for an online merchandise credit
. Merchandise credits are good for future purchases made on the site and are redeemable for up to one year from the date issued. Items purchased in the Sale
section of our website are Final Sale and may not be returned for Refund, Exchange or Store Credit.
- All returns must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) in the original shoebox, free of damage and postal labels. All merchandise must be unworn. Any shoes returned with signs of wear or damage that may have occurred while in possession of the customer will prohibit your return. We can only accept returns that are in the original, resalable condition. We recommend only trying shoes on in a carpeted area for a very limited time. Items shipped back with the shoebox used as a shipping box will not be accepted. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be deemed non-returnable and will be denied.
- As we do not cover the cost for Return Shipping, we will ship your Exchange Request free of charge.
Please allow 7-10 days from the date we receive your return for processing. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (this typically takes up to and additional 3-5 business days or one billing cycle). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The following items are non-returnable and will not be accepted for return of any kind. Refund credit will not be issued for the following:
-All items purchased in SALE section marked as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return of any kind.
-All Lingerie and Bodysuits
-Items that have been worn or taped on the bottom.
-Purchases obtained using Store Credits from a prior Return
Exchange requests are non-returnable.
- Fill out the return form included inside the shipping box of the original item and mark the option for exchange indicating the style, size and color of the item you wish to exchange.
- Returns for exchange are accepted up to 30 days from the date of receipt for exchange or store credit.
- Items purchased in our SALE section are final sale and may not be accepted for return of any kind.
- Returns for exchange are processed in the order received per our return queue of 7-10 business days.
- If you wish to turnaround a product sooner than our 7-10 business day return time table, we recommend placing a new order for the item and sending back your return within the eligibility window for refund - 14 days.

When Will My Order Ship?
All Ground Delivery and Expedited Delivery orders require up to 2 business days from the date purchased for fulfillment time. During this time, your order will undergo credit authorization and verification and will be fulfilled by our warehouse. Order requests for NEXT DAY AIR Delivery will go out the same day if placed by 1pm EST.
PLEASE NOTE: Please be sure to provide accurate information during checkout as order details such as inaccurate credit card information or an invalid shipping address may delay your order. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. No orders are shipped on weekends or holidays.

As we provide accurate tracking of shipment customers on every order that is dispatched from our warehouse in order to provide you with warehouse to door tracking of your package, FlyJane is NOT responsible for any lost of stolen packages once delivered to your designated shipping address. We strongly recommend monitor your tracking information once received to ascertain the day of which your package is to arrive and make arrangements to be available to receive it. We also recommend that you work with your local carrier to have your packages delivered to a secure location at your delivery site in the event that you will not be available on the date of delivery.

As a service to our men and women in the Armed Forces, flyJane will ship to APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to Domestic P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses must be sent using USPS Priority Mail®. Because these are government addresses and therefore must be shipped using this method. Delivery may take longer than the standard transit times quoted.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & the U.S. Territories
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or any of the U.S. territories may take up to 10 business days to arrive.
We ship to U.S. Territories including American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Orders shipped to these locations must be shipped our Expedited option-USPS Priority Mail, or Overnight Delivery and may take longer than the standard transit times for arrival.
