Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the date of receipt for a refund less the shipping charges and up to 30 days for an online merchandise credit. Merchandise credits are good for future purchases made on the site and are redeemable for up to one year from the date issued.  Items purchased in the Sale section of our website are Final Sale and may not be returned for Refund, Exchange or Store Credit. 
  • All returns must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) in the original shoebox, free of damage and postal labels. All merchandise must be unworn. Any shoes returned with signs of wear or damage that may have occurred while in possession of the customer will prohibit your return. We can only accept returns that are in the original, resalable condition. We recommend only trying shoes on in a carpeted area for a very limited time.  Items shipped back with the shoebox used as a shipping box will not be accepted.  Returns that do not meet this criteria will be deemed non-returnable and will be denied.
  • As we do not cover the cost for Return Shipping, we will ship your Exchange Request free of charge.   
  • Please allow 7-10 days from the date we receive your return for processing. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (this typically takes up to and additional 3-5 business days or one billing cycle). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and will not be accepted for return of any kind.  Refund credit will not be issued for the following:
-All items purchased in SALE section marked as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return of any kind.
-All Lingerie and Bodysuits
-Items that have been worn or taped on the bottom.  
-Gift Cards
-Exchange items
-Purchases obtained using Store Credits from a prior Return
Exchange requests are non-returnable.
For EXCHANGES,
  1. Fill out the return form included inside the shipping box of the original item and mark the option for exchange indicating the style, size and color of the item you wish to exchange.  
  2. Returns for exchange are accepted up to 30 days from the date of receipt for exchange or store credit.  
  3. Items purchased in our SALE section are final sale and may not be accepted for return of any kind. 
  4. Returns for exchange are processed in the order received per our return queue of 7-10 business days. 
  5. If you wish to turnaround a product sooner than our 7-10 business day return time table, we recommend placing a new order for the item and sending back your return within the eligibility window for refund - 14 days.
